Hyperexponential is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own the technical sales motion for complex insurance pricing and underwriting opportunities. The role involves customer-facing discovery, demos, proofs of value, technical evaluations, RFP and RFI support, objection handling, and building expertise in Python-based workflows, insurance pricing, and AI use cases. Candidates need extensive Python coding experience, actuarial, underwriting, or technical brokerage experience, and experience in customer-facing B2B SaaS or data-driven environments. The position offers a base salary of $160,000–$195,000, bonus or commission of $40,000–$75,000, and total compensation of $210,000–$280,000, plus equity and remote and in-person perks.
