Description
Iru is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on device management for prospects, customers, internal teams, and partners. The role involves product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Success, Product, and Support, second- and third-level troubleshooting, customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and continuous improvement of technical resources. Candidates need at least three years of Apple device management experience, strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager/School Manager and MDM protocols, scripting or Python proficiency, and strong communication and collaboration skills. The position offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office per week and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
