Description
Lithic is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical and strategic bridge between its card issuing and processing platform and strategic fintech and enterprise clients. The role owns complex client relationships from pre-sale through implementation and ongoing optimization, develops integration designs, guides authorization, tokenization, and card-program configuration, and collaborates with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and compliance teams. Candidates should have 3–5 years of FinTech experience, strong API and technical knowledge, and experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. The role offers an annual US on-target earnings range of $170,000–$225,000 plus equity, with work-from-anywhere options and NYC-based employees working from the SoHo office three days per week.
