Description
Melio is hiring a Solutions Engineer, US Partnerships to lead technical onboarding and integration of its embedded payments platform for strategic partners, including major banks. The role troubleshoots API and SDK integration issues, acts as a liaison between partners and internal engineering and product teams, documents integration best practices, and translates business requirements into technical specifications. It requires at least three years of customer-facing technical experience focused on API/SDK integrations, along with RESTful API, SQL, database, and communication skills. The position is hybrid in New York City with a three-day in-office requirement and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $115,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
