Description
Metrc is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own end-to-end deployment of its Retail ID product suite for cannabis brands and retailers. The role covers technical and operational discovery, feasibility assessments, rollout planning, POS and printer integrations, pilot deployments, go-live support, documentation, and feedback to Product. It requires 5+ years of relevant solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or field deployment experience, strong technical fluency with APIs, POS systems, barcode and scanning hardware, and label-printing workflows, and regular travel up to 30% of work time. The position is remote, with periodic on-site customer engagements.
