Description
NetBird is hiring a Solutions Engineer to lead customer engagements from initial discovery through deal closure, onboarding, and early adoption. The role combines technical networking expertise with commercial judgment, requiring customers to understand infrastructure and security needs, design tailored NetBird architectures, run demos and proofs of concept, address objections, and guide pricing and deployment decisions. The position requires at least three years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, networking fundamentals, cloud or hybrid infrastructure experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. It offers a hybrid Cowork model in NetBird’s Berlin office with flexibility for remote days.
