Description
Oden is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical resource for enterprise manufacturing customers, designing and implementing integrations with ERP, MES, QMS, and other factory systems; configuring and deploying AI and machine learning solutions; troubleshooting distributed integrations; and translating customer needs into product feedback. The role requires 4+ years of technical customer-facing experience, programming in Python, Golang, or equivalent, SQL, APIs, and distributed systems, along with strong data analysis, documentation, project management, and communication skills. The position is based in the New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin, Boston, or Minneapolis metro areas, requires a US driver’s license, and offers $95,000–$130,000 base for the Senior Associate level or $115,000–$160,000 base for the Senior level, plus equity and benefits.
