Primer is hiring a Solutions Engineer to advise merchants on its unified payments infrastructure, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support sales, product, engineering, and commercial teams. The role includes discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demos, developer Q&As, and identifying feature enhancements. It requires experience with complex API products, preferably in payments, strong technical communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced scaling environment.
