Description
Scribe is hiring a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and Customer Success teams on enterprise deals for its Workflow AI product, Scribe Optimize. The role covers technical discovery, tailored demos, proof-of-concept planning and execution, ROI and security communication, customer feedback to Product, and the creation of repeatable pre-sales playbooks. Candidates need at least five years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical account management, or a comparable pre-sales technical role, along with strong AI and enterprise workflow knowledge. The position is remote for candidates based permanently in a major U.S. city, hybrid for San Francisco candidates, and requires up to 30% travel.
