Spellbook is hiring a Solutions Engineer to support its sales organization by partnering with Account Executives, resolving setup and authentication issues, answering security and data-privacy questions, configuring integrations, supporting migrations and technical demonstrations, and maintaining technical documentation. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Canada, requiring at least two years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
