Description
The Solutions Engineer collaborates with internal teams to design and implement enterprise-level GlobalLink solutions for TransPerfect’s international clients. The role includes gathering configuration requirements, creating implementation plans, coordinating connector installation and upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, deploying and upgrading GlobalLink products, creating MySQL reports, training clients and new team members, and reporting client technical issues to Product Management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–2 years of client-facing experience, project management and solution implementation experience, technical troubleshooting and log-reading skills, web technology experience, Linux experience, and exposure to web content management, eCommerce, and content management systems.
