Trustpilot is hiring a Solutions Engineer to deliver technical sales and product consultancy to NewBiz, partners, and Customer Success. The role focuses on setting up and running free trials, coordinating pre-sales activities, troubleshooting enterprise accounts, supporting upsells and renewals, maintaining trial reporting in Salesforce, and helping sales representatives overcome technical blockers. Candidates should have technical sales or support experience, Salesforce and HTML/JavaScript knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with REST APIs or scripting.
