Description

Global-e is hiring a customer-facing technical solutions professional to lead discovery, solution design, integration architecture, and implementation for merchants integrating Global-e’s global e-commerce platform. The role owns technical delivery from discovery through go-live, guides configuration and testing, investigates API and system issues, and collaborates with Product, R&D, and distributed internal teams. Candidates need at least three years of relevant SaaS or technology experience, strong integration and API knowledge, and hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, SQL, and Postman; e-commerce platform experience is highly desirable.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, implementation, or systems integration in a SaaS or technology environment.
Experience managing customer-facing technical projects from discovery through implementation and launch.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of checkout, payments, order management, fulfillment, and e-commerce operations.
Ability to collaborate across globally distributed product, engineering, project management, operations, and commercial teams.
Strong ownership, organization, prioritization, and multi-project management skills.
