Description
Traversal is hiring a Solutions Engineer to guide prospective enterprise customers through technical discovery, pilot deployments, onboarding, and implementation. The role partners with product, engineering, GTM, and leadership teams to translate customer needs into customized pilots, build demo environments and technical resources, support integrations, and influence roadmap priorities. Candidates need at least three years of relevant solutions, engineering, or solutions-architect experience, strong backend, developer-tool, cloud, or observability knowledge, and enterprise sales-cycle experience. The full-time role is based in San Francisco and offers a $150,000–$300,000 OTE base salary plus equity and benefits.
