Clio is hiring a Solutions Engineer focused on VoIP and unified communications to support the sales cycle for telephony-related opportunities. The role covers technical scoping, solution architecture, VoIP demonstrations, migration planning, number porting, network readiness, hardware provisioning, competitive positioning, and telecom regulatory topics. It requires at least two years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and security infrastructure. The position is hybrid, with local Clions in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney expected to be in the office at least twice per week, and offers a base salary of CAD 85,300 to 115,300 plus on-target earnings of CAD 113,800 to 153,800.
