Description
Traversal is hiring a Solutions Engineer to guide prospective enterprise customers from technical discovery through pilot deployment and onboarding. The role involves leading demos and POCs, building technical resources and demo environments, coordinating integrations and customer feedback, supporting implementation, and influencing product and engineering roadmaps. Candidates need at least three years of relevant solutions, engineering, or solutions-architect experience, strong backend, developer-tool, cloud, or observability knowledge, and enterprise sales-cycle experience. The full-time role offers a U.S. base salary range of $150,000–$300,000 OTE, equity, health insurance, and other benefits.
