Description
Clara is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own the technical execution of its enterprise sales motion and strategic accounts. The role partners with Account Executives on technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, RFPs, and security questionnaires; designs and delivers complex ERP integrations using Clara’s APIs and integration framework; manages go-live handoffs and integration health; and serves as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers. The engineer will also build internal tools, automations, reusable integration assets, and AI-assisted workflows, while maintaining relationships with technical and business stakeholders to support renewals and expansion. The position requires at least five years of technical customer-facing experience, hands-on ERP integration experience, strong API and integration-pattern knowledge, Portuguese and English fluency, and daily use of AI coding tools.
