Description
Global-e is hiring a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to support Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams in selling and implementing its cross-border e-commerce platform. The role leads technical discussions with prospective and existing clients, owns pre-sales technical discovery and solution scoping, recommends integration strategies, demonstrates and prototypes integrations, provides technical guidance to partners, and communicates customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams. The position requires 4–5 years of experience in solution design, integrations, or technical consulting in a SaaS environment, a technical degree, knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, systems integration, and technical architecture, plus strong communication and presentation skills. Compensation is $140,000–$160,000 plus bonus and equity.
