NinjaOne is hiring a Solutions Engineer in Berlin, Germany to explain and support its IT infrastructure management products on the post-sales side and provide technical advice on the pre-sales side. The role involves consulting partners on product implementation, solving complex scenarios, answering advanced technical questions, providing feedback to product management, coaching sales teams, and delivering partner training. Candidates should have technical sales experience, strong English and Italian proficiency, and adaptability; experience with MSPs, RMM or backup software, APIs, and scripting is advantageous.
