Kentik is hiring a Solutions Engineer to support its sales team by managing technical aspects of the sales journey, including product demonstrations, proofs of concept, feature requests, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. The role also involves customer requirements gathering, product feedback, post-sales engineering check-ins, account-team collaboration, trade-show participation, and frequent travel of 30% or more. Candidates must be located in Japan, have at least five years of relevant experience, be fluent in Japanese and English, and have experience with Cisco or Juniper routers, Linux servers, network protocols, and DDoS mitigation.
