Akamas is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge deep technical expertise with customer engagement. The role involves technical discovery, product demonstrations, sales-process support, tailored solution design, RFI/RFP responses, and hands-on Proof of Concepts in real customer environments. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in technical customer-facing or hands-on engineering work, strong Kubernetes and observability knowledge, and strong communication skills. The position is primarily remote, offers an Italian collective labour agreement, and provides a gross annual salary starting at €48,000 plus variable sales-based compensation.
