Neo4j is hiring a Solutions Engineer (PreSales) to support strategic and enterprise customers across Benelux verticals. The role covers the full customer lifecycle, from discovery through architecture design, proof-of-value, and adoption; it involves building customer relationships, partnering with Account Executives, providing technical and architectural guidance, integrating Neo4j into customer environments, and presenting prototypes. Candidates need at least five years of PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services experience, strong NoSQL and database knowledge, solution-design and consultative skills, and familiarity with a programming or scripting language. Graph technologies, GenAI, vector search, and enterprise IT experience are beneficial.
