Worth AI is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical partner across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle for its AI-powered KYB, KYC, AML, and identity verification platform. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering; leads demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements; develops implementation plans; coordinates onboarding and integrations; delivers training and documentation; captures client feedback; and supports expansion and account health. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant solutions engineering or technical implementation experience, SQL, Node.js, and React skills, and familiarity with FinTech, RegTech, and AI technologies.
