Quantum Metric is hiring a remote Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to advise enterprise customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa on complex SaaS sales opportunities. The role partners with Account Executives to guide technical strategy, create demonstrations, lead proof-of-concepts, develop scalable architectures, coordinate post-sales onboarding, and support RFPs and product feedback. Candidates need English and Italian proficiency, at least four years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and familiarity with web technologies and ROI-based solutioning. The position offers a basic salary of 60,000–80,000 EUR plus variable compensation, along with medical insurance, stock options, paid time off, and other benefits.
