Description
OpenTable is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead complex API integrations and high-impact technical engagements across its partner and restaurant ecosystem. The role owns implementations from discovery through launch, advises partners and restaurant groups, troubleshoots API and integration issues, manages technical risks and dependencies, and develops scalable troubleshooting and implementation resources. Candidates need significant experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, integration engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, along with deep REST API, JSON, authentication, webhook, and system-integration experience. The position follows a hybrid model with an expectation of coming into the office two days per week.
