Description
OpenTable is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead complex API integrations and high-impact technical engagements across its partner and restaurant ecosystem. The role owns implementations from discovery through launch, advises partners and restaurant groups, troubleshoots API and integration issues, manages technical risks and dependencies, and develops scalable troubleshooting and implementation resources. Candidates need significant experience in solutions, sales, technical consulting, integration engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, along with deep REST API, JSON, authentication, webhook, and system-integration experience. The position is based in Toronto, Canada, follows a hybrid model with two office days per week, and offers a compensation range of $120,000-$130,000 CAD including commission and/or bonuses.
