Description
LaunchDarkly is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise prospects and customers. The role covers technical discovery, architecture design, proof-of-concept implementation, demonstrations, workshops, proposals, RFPs, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering. The engineer will also lead cross-regional initiatives, mentor junior team members, and maintain expertise in LaunchDarkly’s platform, integrations, and emerging technologies. The position requires 8+ years of customer-facing solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture experience, cloud and DevOps expertise, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 50% travel.
