NinjaOne is hiring an on-site Solutions Engineering Intern in Berlin, Germany. The role supports the EMEA Solutions Engineering team through technical demo-environment maintenance, configuration documentation, knowledge-base organization, process-monitoring, ticket-routing, scheduling, and technical documentation. The intern will learn SaaS, networking, security, project management, and customer-facing communication while working under mentorship from the SE Director and collaborating with senior engineers. The position requires enrollment in an engineering school or master's program, strong English proficiency, basic Office365 familiarity, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
