Magna New Mobility is hiring a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead solutions engineers and manage the design, deployment, and support of Autonomous Mobile Robot systems in manufacturing facilities. The role involves customer engagement, solution design, cross-functional collaboration, technical expertise in AMR and industrial automation, process improvement, and customer success support. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or robotics field, at least seven years of solutions engineering, systems integration, or technical project management experience, and proven leadership experience. The position requires travel to customer sites approximately 25% of the time and offers a base salary of $105,780 to $196,440, with possible annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
