MonetizeMore is hiring a remote Solutions Engineering Manager / Lead for its Forward Deployed Solutions team to manage and coach solutions engineers, build AI-driven deflection and automation workflows, and serve as the hands-on technical lead for strategic enterprise clients, especially in Brazil. The role combines engineering management with client-facing architecture, custom integrations, troubleshooting, and product feedback, and requires strong bilingual Portuguese/English communication plus experience with web technologies, ad tech, and AI workflow automation.
