MonetizeMore is hiring an Engineering Manager / Lead for Forward Deployed Solutions to transform its technical support into a proactive, AI-enabled engineering unit. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role is split between managing and coaching solutions engineers and building AI deflection systems, and hands-on client architecture for high-value Brazilian and global enterprise accounts. The position requires 5+ years of software or solutions engineering experience, including technical leadership, practical AI automation experience, bilingual Portuguese and English communication, and proficiency with JavaScript, APIs, HTTP, Chrome DevTools, and ad-tech integrations. It is a USD-denominated contract (PJ) with base pay and performance incentives, with work from anywhere in Brazil.
