MonetizeMore is hiring an Engineering Manager / Lead for its Forward Deployed Solutions team to transform reactive technical support into a proactive, AI-enabled engineering unit. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role manages and mentors solutions engineers, builds AI deflection and automation systems, monitors partner technical health, and serves as a hands-on technical architect for high-value Brazilian and global clients. The position requires 5+ years of software or solutions engineering experience, including technical leadership, practical AI workflow experience, bilingual Portuguese and English communication, and proficiency with JavaScript, APIs, and ad-tech integrations. It is a USD-denominated contract (PJ) with base pay and performance incentives, allowing work from anywhere in Brazil.
