Netskope is hiring a Solutions Engineering Manager for its AMER Enterprise Solutions Engineering team. The role leads Solutions Engineers in a defined region, recruits and mentors engineers, supports complex customer evaluations, manages performance and talent, develops customer relationships, and escalates technical issues. Candidates need at least three years of solutions engineering leadership experience, five years as an individual contributor, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and extensive security and cloud technology knowledge. The position requires 50–75% travel within the region and offers a $185,000–$293,000 USD on-target earnings range.
