MonetizeMore is hiring a remote Solutions Engineering Manager / Lead for its Forward Deployed Solutions team to lead and coach solutions engineers, build AI-driven workflow automation and deflection systems, and serve as a hands-on technical architect for enterprise clients, especially in Brazil. The role combines people leadership with client-facing technical work across JavaScript, APIs, ad server configurations, and ad-tech integrations, and requires fluent Portuguese and English. It is a full-time independent contractor arrangement with work-from-anywhere flexibility in Brazil and collaboration during Pacific overlap hours.
