EZRA Labs is hiring a Solutions Lead in London on a hybrid basis requiring three days in the office. The role partners with current and prospective clients, Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to develop presentations, workshops, proposals, discovery workshops, solutions, engagement strategies, and measurement strategies for learning and development initiatives. It requires at least five years of experience in HR, learning and development consulting, internal learning and development, or solutions consulting, a master’s degree in organizational psychology or a similar field, experience leading consultations with senior team members across industries, and international experience.
