Description
The Solutions Specialist designs, builds, and maintains scalable automations and custom solutions within the Smartly platform and Google Apps Script environment. They partner with internal teams and clients to translate business requirements into reliable workflows, scripts, integrations, and platform configurations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. In the first year, they will reduce manual work, improve implementation quality and stability, and expand regional delivery capacity through faster, more standardized technical solutioning. They will also strengthen troubleshooting, QA, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team.
