Autocar, LLC is hiring a Solutions Technician in Hagerstown, Indiana to provide technical customer support for Autocar severe-duty trucks. The role troubleshoots truck issues by phone, guides customers and service personnel through repair processes, investigates vehicle-related technical concerns, and drives issues to resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction. Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, process orientation, and attention to detail are required; electrical diagnostics and heavy-duty vehicle support experience are preferred.
