Description
The Solvent Extraction (SX) Superintendent leads day-to-day operations across multiple rare-earth separation circuits and areas, providing after-hours leadership, production escalation support, safety oversight, and frontline team development. The role partners with maintenance, reliability, metallurgy, engineering, EHS, and project teams to improve equipment uptime, process recoveries, operational KPIs, commissioning, and continuous improvement. It requires at least seven years of relevant industrial operations experience and five years of supervisor or superintendent-level leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree and rare-earth or hydrometallurgical experience preferred.
