Description
The Wine Server role communicates with guests and staff, answers wine questions, maintains and updates wine lists, pairs wines with menu items, attends tastings, requests products, and manages wine inventory and cellar organization. The role also serves and secures alcohol, monitors dining-room service and guest safety, completes opening and closing duties, supports maintenance work orders, and assists with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and two years of related work experience are preferred, with no license or certification required.
