Description
Seven is hiring a Sommelier to own and develop its wine program while also leading service on the restaurant floor. The role manages the wine list, purchasing agreements, pricing, cost of goods, inventory, waste, food and wine pairings, guest experiences, and team development, while collaborating with the kitchen, operations manager, and management team. Candidates need sommelier training or documented wine expertise, relevant restaurant or hotel experience, leadership and service experience, strong hospitality and communication skills, and English proficiency.
