Description
Alinea is hiring a full-time Sommelier to manage wine orders, maintain wine pairings and pars, educate staff and guests, collaborate with culinary and wine teams, and provide wine and beverage service in a fast-paced dining environment. The role requires at least two years of experience in a fine-dining establishment, Level 2 (+) Court of Master Sommeliers certification or equivalent knowledge and experience, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to work on feet for at least eight hours and lift or move up to 35 pounds.
