Hologic is hiring a Surgical Sales Specialist to drive growth and adoption of its Sonata minimally invasive fibroid-treatment portfolio across the South of the United Kingdom. The role partners with gynaecologists, consultants, and theatre teams; leads product evaluations, account development, education, demonstrations, and hands-on training; provides procedural support during live cases; develops strategic account plans; and represents Hologic at conferences and professional events. Candidates should have medical device, surgical, clinical, sonography, nursing, or gynaecology experience, strong healthcare and commercial skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, a full UK driving licence, and extensive territory travel. The base salary is £40,000–£55,000 gross per year plus commission, with an on-target earnings range of £60,000–£82,500.
