Description
The Sonographer will perform echocardiograms, stress echoes, and vascular studies in a heart and vascular clinic, provide direct patient care in stable and acute settings, report interpretations to physicians, and document clinical information. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an accredited ultrasound program, current ARDMS or CCI or registry eligibility with registration within one year of hire, a valid driver’s license, and BCLS certification. The position is a clinical role reporting to the office Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with duties requiring sitting, walking, standing, repetitive hand use, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
