Description
The Cardiac Sonographer performs echocardiograms, stress echoes, and vascular studies, supports patient care, acquires measurements, prepares preliminary reports, communicates findings to physicians, maintains equipment and records, and supports physician offices. The role reports to the Enid location and may travel to rural areas and other offices. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, ARDMS or RVT certification, graduation from an accredited ultrasound program, a valid driver’s license, and BLS or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire; two years of cardiology experience and one year of ultrasound technologist experience are desired.
