The Sort Deck Operator supports the efficient operation of conveyor sort decks in a distribution center by monitoring product flow, identifying and resolving stoppages, unclogging jams, adjusting carton orientation, maintaining equipment and documentation, and communicating freight issues. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish ability, walkie-talkie use, and some Google platform proficiency; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The work is performed in a high-volume distribution center and requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights of 20 feet or more. The listed rate is $15.75 per hour.
