Description
The Sorter processes incoming donations at RWB Thrift by sorting and categorizing items into clothing, textiles, accessories, household goods, and electronics; inspecting them for quality and cleanliness; preparing them for further processing or distribution; and maintaining organized sorting areas. The role requires attention to detail, organizational and teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and brightly lit environment. Previous sorting, warehouse, or retail experience is preferred, and the position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive manual tasks.
