Description
The Sorting Worker sorts and shreds cement materials, selects and empties waste containers, maintains a clean work area, and contributes to process improvement. The role requires physical fitness, resilience for heavy manual work, willingness to work a two-shift system, basic waste-handling and sorting knowledge, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility. Compensation is €14.96 gross per hour under a fixed collective bargaining agreement, with vacation, Christmas bonuses, and employee discounts.
