Description
The Source Center of Excellence is hiring a full-time Transformation Program Manager in Singapore to lead a portfolio of sourcing and procurement transformation programs. The role owns program scope, delivery, budgets, governance, stakeholder alignment, change management, risk mitigation, and adoption of new processes and technologies. It requires a four-year or graduate degree in a related discipline, typically 7–10 years of experience, and familiarity with digital transformation tools such as ERP and S2P systems.
