Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Source Lead to manage and optimize the supply chain network. This role involves establishing supplier relationships, ensuring data accuracy, driving strategic supplier engagement, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Source Lead will also focus on inventory strategy and optimization to achieve service, cost, and working capital targets.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–8 years (relevant Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Planning experience)
Preferred Qualifications: Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF)
Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) and APS
Planning or manufacturing experience in a medical/pharmaceutical or consumer industry
Familiarity with relevant legislation (import/export, ISO)
Strong decision making skills
Ability to work with associates of all levels
Ability to influence others in a matrix environment
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles
Strong analytical skills, must be able to relate and compare and to identify key issues
Data mining & reporting skills through MS Excel or equivalent
