Description

Xcellent Technology Solutions (XTS) is hiring an experienced Source Throughput Analyst in Springfield, Virginia, supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) through the Source Persistence Office. The role manages and improves GEOINT collection workflows and mission data, including real-time and Activity Based Intelligence collection, TCPED processes, sensor capabilities, collection strategies, metrics, and coordination across NGA, the intelligence community, Department of War, and National Reconnaissance Office stakeholders. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and substantial GEOINT experience; compensation is $80,000–$90,000 annually, with healthcare, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience; 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of GEOINT TCPED experience, including real-time and Activity Based Intelligence collection.
At least 5 years managing large multi-source data, assessing model-output metrics, developing automated collection strategies, and collaborating with data scientists.
Experience developing mission relationships across NGA, the intelligence community, Department of War, and NRO stakeholders.
Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating intelligence capabilities and workflows into training objectives and contributing feedback to training materials.
GPC-F certification.
Experience researching, evaluating, and documenting unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
Operational vector-data experience.
GIMS experience.
